Booking conditions

• minimum stay: 3 nights
• (seasonal deviating conditions possible)

Prices:

• per night: 1 person:    74,- €
  
• per night: 2 persons:  84,- €
  
• (seasonal deviating conditions possible)
• price for longer stays from 1 week (7 nights) on application
  
• special tax of the City of Dresden “Bettensteuer” (currently 6%) ist not included in the prices mentioned above and will be charged additionaly
  
• prices include:          
  • 7% sales tax
    
  • all ancillary costs such as energy, water, heating, parking lot, separate post-box
  • TV, internet access, telephone – as described in the section Technical feat.
  • towels and linen, final cleaning
    
  • 2 welcome bottles of mineral water
