not cancellable 79,-€ 89,-€

discount for bookings made at least 30 days in advance

discount for bookings made at least 7 stays 10%  10%
  • discounts can be combined
  • special tax of the City of Dresden “Bettensteuer” (currently 6%) ist not included in the prices mentioned above and will be charged additionaly
  • prices include:          
    • 7% sales tax
    • all ancillary costs such as energy, water, heating, parking lot, separate post-box
    • TV, internet access, telephone – as described in the section Technical feat.
    • towels and linen, final cleaning
    • 2 welcome bottles of mineral water
